I've been wondering how to get rid of the fat in my legs. They look really bulky now and it's digusting when I have to wear shorts. How do you slim down really fast there? I've been trying running but it just makes them look really bad somehow, what with the muscles in the lower part. People say that muscles make you look good, but somehow that's not the case for me.
Also, my knees somehow twist in instead of being straight.
What can I do?!
